ABV 11% Back on tap for a limited time and our 3rd anniversary! This NON-barrel aged Russian Imperial Stout is jet black with a dark brown, bubbly head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, coffee and toffee. It has upfront chocolate and dark cherry sweetness, that gives way to an intense roasted malt character, bitter Mexican chocolate with plum and raisin. The hops are bittersweet to help balance this amazing brew. Barrel aged bottles are also available.

ABV 6% Anniversary Collab with Ineffable Brewing. This stout has deep roasted malt character and an assertive hop bite. Rich flavors of dark chocolate, espresso, and roasted coffee meet notes of charred grain, while Columbus and Cascade hops deliver piney bitterness and a crisp, dry finish.

ABV 6% This Märzen is a traditional, medium-bodied German amber lager - known for its rich, toasty, and bready malt flavor, often described as having notes of caramel or toffee. It features a clean, smooth finish with restrained bitterness from a low hop profile, making it a balanced and refreshing, yet satisfying, seasonal beer perfect for cooler weather.

Hops: East Kent Golden a traditional English hop variety, which display earthy, herbal, or peppery characteristics. Mouthfeel & Body: Medium body. A low level of fruity esters from English yeast strains. The overall impression should be "balanced, refreshing and thirst quenching."
